Bridal Brunch, Part 1

Bridal brunch several months in the making was a huge success! Snaps of Set Up in my Aunt’s Backyard.

The infamous “ball” that took up all my attention! Used an Oasis Sphere and loaded up with over a dozen roses along with other flowers we bought at the flower mart.

Beverage bar cart, macaron tower reimagined, Bride-to-be when we brought out the cake, Chantilly Cake from Whole foods topped with LOVE Sparklers from Paper Source. I always get asked about the custom banners I use … from my favorite etsy shop SisBoomBaa . She is so responsive and “gets it” . Check out her shop here.

Here is the only pic from my phone of me and an actual human since I was running around and hosting the brunch and activities throughout the day! Here is a snap of me and my mom, Carol! More pics to follow once we get them in hand! I hope you enjoyed this post as much as I enjoyed planning and executing this bridal brunch with my family ! ❤

Bridal Brunch Invitation

My Cousin is getting married! ❤

Here is the invite I created for  my Cousin’s Bridal Shower. Her wedding colors are navy and blush tones, so I wanted to incorporate the deep navy hue and make the invitation pop from the envelope liner to the actual card itself.  Setting of event is in my Aunt’s backyard, so really wanted something chic, fresh and feminine!

I used these items:

Envelope Lining Process A7
Mixed two different florals 🙂
End result ❤

For the card design  itself, I used a fabulous Etsy shop — San Francisco Crafts owned by Angela. She is responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Here is the link for the exact style I used and it’s from the ASHLEY SUITE. Her shop offers many other styles that are chic and fresh…  Angela can also customize and tailor to your wishes. I opted to have  two cards on one 8 1/2 x 11 ” sheet to simplify printing and cutting.  I love the final result laser printed on heavy weight 340gsm paper with a slight sparkly sheen. The cover weight paper is very thick ,  feels luxurious and all I had to do was slice the cards using the guidelines from the pdf template!

Seamless process !
